Programs and Teams Fall 2011 and Spring 2012
U5-U8 In-House Instructional Program

| Non-Resident fee: | $20 | per season if a player does not live in Maitland |
U5-U7 games are played on Friday evenings at Lake Destiny Soccer Field.
U8 games are played on Saturday mornings at Lake Sybelia Elementary School.
U9-U19 Recreational/Competitive Teams

U11-U19 Premier Teams

| Uniform (Lotto) | $150 | 2 game jerseys, 2 shorts, 2 socks, 2 practice shirts |
| Non-Resident fee: | $40 | per year if a player does not live in Maitland |
Sibling Discount $10 per each additional child for all levels
Online Registration
We now offer On-Line Registration. You can register via the secure link and pay with your credit card. If you do not have a credit card, that is no problem. You can still use the on-line registration and you can simply mail us a check. The option is yours. Please note, that your child's registration will not become active until payment is received.

Age Groups for 2011-2012 Season
Note: Players must be 4 years of age before August 1st 2011 prior to participation in a sanctioned program in order to be eligible to register.
Refunds
Refunds will be given less any of the following that apply:
- Uniform Fee
- If uniform has been issued and not returned, no refund for uniform fee
- MSC Registration Fee
- Refund will be less a $25 Administration Charge plus any league fees (FYSA,GCF,CFK,ACYS etc) that have been paid by MSC on behalf of the child that cannot be refunded to MSC—includes individual fees paid and pro-rated team fees paid based on # of kids on team
- If games have already been played, refund will be prorated based on the number of games played compared to the total number of REGULAR season games on the teams’ schedule
